Benefits Account Executive
NCG Insurance Agency is seeking a superior Benefits Account Executive to work hand in hand with an assigned benefits broker & renewal manager to assist our clients. This position includes but is not limited to pre-renewal meetings, renewal strategy and open enrollment facilitation. Responsible for day-to-day calls and communications with the clients to review and explain insurance policies, benefit options and premium strategies, keeping records of customer interactions and transactions through management system software. Work Experience Requirements
- Licenses Life/Health agent
- 5+ years of experience in the Benefits insurance industry
Performance Standards
- Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking, work independently, and pay attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office products, including spreadsheet and data inquiry software
- High degree of creativity is required including but not limited to PowerPoint creation
Compensation
$65,000 – $85,000 Commensurate with experience

Client Services Account Manager
NCG Insurance Agency is seeking a superior customer service agent to service our accounts. This position includes day-to-day communications with the client and company underwriters, reporting claims, requesting policy changes, making necessary risk management recommendations, and managing the renewal process, including remarketing as required. Agents are also required to review and offer appropriate coverage for clients and quote/issue policies upon request. - 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
